30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale")
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Return via Service Point (Recommended)

Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email. Select the items you want to return. Choose refund or exchange.

Print Your Return Label
Download and print the prepaid return label. Attach it to your package.

Drop Off Your Package
Take your package to any PostNord service point. Keep your receipt as proof of return.

Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when processed.

Refunds
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Klarna: Processed according to Klarna's timeline
- Gift Card: Issued immediately as store credit
